10 THINGS WE DO FOR EVERY CUSTOMER:
1. Before we even start working on your car, we listen to you and use our expertise to ask a variety of questions so that we can hone in the problem you are experiencing.
2. We test drive your vehicle so we can feel, hear, or see the problem you're having. We encourage you to come along on the test drive.
3. Our ASE Certified technicians are experienced in fixing your car right the first time. Based on their expertise, the best technician for your repair will be assigned to the vehicle.
4. We look at the whole car. We go through a detailed inspection that checks over 30 different areas of your car. We rank them as Good Condition or Needs Attention in the Near Future. We will let you know the results of our vehicle checklist.
5. Once testing and inspection are completed, you will be contacted with an estimate before any repairs are started. No hidden taxes of fees - the complete price is quoted up front for your approval.
6. After you approve the repair, we provide you an estimated completion time and when you can pick up your car.
7. Detailed notes are taken on the car and the Inspection Date is noted so that we can send you a reminder.
8. Upon completion of the repair, we use our computerized dealership equipment to confirm the repair is done right and all is well with your vehicle.
9. We're not done yet! We will take your vehicle on a final quality assurance road test. Why should you test drive our repairs?
10. Finally, we will call you to let you know your vehicle is done and ready to go!
