Jon and his team at Precision are the best ! They are trustworthy and pay attention to the details in performing car maintenance and repairs if needed. Pete did a great job of supporting my visit and very knowledgeable ! I have respect for the team at Precision and trust them to perform maintenance work on my Lexus and Mercedes vehicles!

Replace wheel bearing and reconnect sensors. Oil change, NYS Inspection. All done well and I was kept informed of status.

I will never go to any other automotive service center. The people at Precision are too notch from start to finish. Pete went out of his way to help me with my transmission issue in my 2018 Chevy Silverado. This is the only place to get your vehicle repaired.!

This is a shop that cares and is there to help you figure it out. I work with Pete who didn’t waste my time and money trying to resolve the issues. A couple friends recommended Precision to me from multiple positive experiences. I had noises that I thought involved my brakes so I brought my car to them. Precision determined my brakes were fine but offered to fix what was really causing the noise. They sent me a quote where I could electronically approve or decline service. When I picked up the car, not only did they provide helpful advice for future needs, but they gave me a bill almost $400 UNDER the original quote. Their attention to detail from the clean, presentable waiting room to their honest work and impeccable customer service along with shuttle service makes them an incredible find for your auto needs.
