This was my first experience with Precision Automotive . I am happy with the service and the Proffesional staff . The problem with the AC in my 2016 BMW X 5 was fixed promptly and I got my car back in a reasonable time . I will definitely recommend Precision Automotive to family and friends .

Always sucks to have issues with your vehicle but they went out of their way to help me out! Made sure with an extensive repair I had a loaner vehicle so I could still get around and walked me through exactly what needed to be done to get my car back working as it should. Definitely will be the only place I'll be taking our vehicles!

Wanted to get a check engine light scanned, said they would check it out and when to pick up. Only after I had came back my check engine light was off and there was no issue, after I picked up the car and just for scanning I was charged 350$ no cost was discussed before. I brought them a problem( the check engine) and when they seen the check engine was off the mechanics should have called me and not kept my car in the garage. Don’t trust these people and talk about charges before you drop off your vehicle.

After reviewing the paperwork, technician notes, and discussions with our staff, my understanding is that your initial visit was for our complimentary code scan. During that visit, multiple trouble codes were found in both the engine and ABS systems. At that time, a follow-up diagnostic appointment was scheduled, and our staff's understanding was that additional testing and diagnostic charges were discussed. When your vehicle arrived for the scheduled appointment, the check engine light was on and diagnostic testing was performed to determine the cause of the fault codes. We completed the testing process and presented our findings to you. I understand that your concern is that you were not aware there would be a diagnostic charge. We take communication regarding charges very seriously and regret that there was a misunderstanding. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you directly and work toward a resolution. There is not enough space to say all the great things about Precision! They always take care of my car right away and the staff is very professional and kind. They even fixed my BMW Z3 when Gault couldn’t do it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Always available to service my car thoroughly and quickly. This last time was no exception. Although my issue was minor (a foreign object embedded in a tire tread), 'these guys know cars'.
Pete and the team were able to set up an appointment in a reasonable time. They diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and charged a fair price. Pete even offered to double check the car again in a few weeks to ensure the issue isn’t showing any sign of recurring. Glad we found Precision and would recommend them to anyone.

They said they'd service my vehicle and diagnose the problem with my horn, then got belligerent with me and kicked me out! I got up at 6 am to be there at 8 am and this is how I was treated! Never again!

Great communication with Pete while the problem was diagnosed and then fixed. Problem was fixed in a timely manner. Everything is expensive in the world right now as we know, but I don’t feel like I overpaid by any means.
